Multiplayer Games To Play With Your Friends When Bored.
Coronavirus has restricted us from going out and socially distance ourselves from friends and family but that does not mean that you cannot hang out with your homies virtually in video games.
It wasn't long ago the World Health Organization (WHO) was claiming that Gaming can become an addiction and we must control the time we spent zapping, driving, shooting, or in general gaming. But now the WHO suggests that we pick up our controllers and use video games and multiplayer games to keep in touch with friends and family and keep boredom at bay. The irony, right!
So here's a list of games that you can play with your friends and have fun all from the comfort of your home.
Keep in mind that some games are not free.
I get that you might not want to spend your money on a game that you might just play for a brief period.
But these games are just so good to pass up.
GANG BEASTS

Gang Beasts is a fun and hilarious game and you might have seen some Youtubers playing this as well. On its Steam page, it says it is a "silly multiplayer party game" and oh boy they are right.
The funny gelatinous characters fight each other in a fist to fist battle. The aim of the game is simple, throw the other player off the map. You can pick up objects in each level and use them as weapons or grab your opponents and toss them around.
You can opt for online matchmaking mode and play with players all around the globe if your friends are not online.
Altogether the whole experience of this game is an awful lot of fun.

For how long will you stick to PUBG or Fortnite, it's time to move on. Try Apex Legends the basic concept of the game is the same as any battle royal game, but with some changes. For example, Apex only allows trios and you have to choose from the already available 'Legends'. Each 'Legend' has some special ability that makes it better in some situations. Thus, asking for a more coordinated among your team.
But all this does not limit the fun. Apart from the traditional battle royale mode the game also offers some other fun game modes like arena mode where the action is more fast-paced.
It does not matter if you are a first-time gamer or an experienced veteran, Apex allows fun gameplay to all. It offers easier ways to level up for new players and rewards the player on each accomplishment making it more engaging.

Genital Jousting is a pleasurably girthy package with loads of fun mini-games and a short, funny story mode. The multiplayer mode allows up to 8 players to play locally or online. It has multiple modes like party mode which switches between different mini-games and a traditional mode in which you have to wiggle your way into the other player's butt.
There are tons of unlockable costumes to earn while playing the multiplayer matches thus giving a sense of achievement and customization to those who seek it.
Just, be careful that your mom does not walk in on you. As it will be difficult to explain, why there are wiggling penises on your screen?

GTA is a really popular game even after 7 years of its launch and with the introduction of its online segment the game just blew up. The game almost always has some new events going on, which makes the game more engaging and enjoyable.
Participate in races, roam the streets of Los Santos, plan a bank robbery, or simply blow some stuff its GTA you can do anything and that too with your friends by your side without even keeping a foot outside.
Apart from your friends the game also allows you to join different global servers to play with people from around the globe.
GTA online is availabe to all GTA 5 players. Get GTA 5 at Rockstar Games or Steam and all other major Game providers.

Now that most of the sports are now a distant memory due to the pandemic, you can still get your share of sporty feel with FIFA, which is as close to the real thing as you're going to get without actually going to watch it in person.
There is an abundance of online modes in FIFA to get going. It provides competitive online play experience with team cooperation. It has all sorts of modes to keep you occupied and improve your squad and skills, and if you have some money to spare you can pay and see immediate gains.
The pro club is a fun mode. You make your own pro player and form a team with your friends and play against other Pro clubs and build your reputation online.

It is hard for me to talk about games and not mention Minecraft. It is such a good game!
It is a different pace than the games mentioned in this post but is equally fun (sometimes more fun). It is a friendly Multiplayer experience. You and your friends will be dropped into a world and from there on you are free to do anything you like. From exploring deep seas to going in dark caves full of spiders, skeletons, and zombies, to building a quiet cottage on the beach with a farm in front, the possibilities are endless.
When it comes to creativity sky is the limit in Minecraft.
The level of action that you want to experience is up to you and your buddies. You can create art in it if you have the knowledge or just go on Youtube and find someone that will show you the tricks in Minecraft or you can download coolest maps and villages that other people have built.
Minecraft is available on PC, Xbox, PS4, and mobile devices.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

Call of Duty: Moder Warefare is a banger. It's like the dad of all multiplayer games. Basically COD made Multiplayer games popular in the first place.
The multiplayer of COD drops you at a fast pace battlefield. It has a wide range of weapons to choose from, the maps are of high quality and have plenty of room for high octane action.
Adding to the already great game, it has also released Warzone, a massive 150-player battle royale game and to add a cherry on top it is FREE TO PLAY (but the download size is massive and updates are large too).
CoD might not be the right choice for you if you're not an experienced player or are not into shooter games in particular, but it is a blast if you can hold a controller and you like to shoot at stuff.

To summarize Rocket League it is simply "car soccer".You control a car on a field with an oversized ball and try to take down the opposing team in five minutes matches by scoring goals.
It has plenty of unlockable costumes for your car and you can customize the look of your vehicle in other ways as well.
You will have to perfect your timing and coordination with your friends to score a victory. The game is for all ages and you can team up with up to three other players. It has a practice mode as well where you can work on your skills and impress your friends in online matches.
There is news that Rocket League will be Free to Play on Epic Game store but there is no confirmation on the date.
Rocket League is available on PC, PS4, Xbox, Switch.
