“You know if you do your part, you‘ll get rewarded,” says Dr. Daramus “In world-building games like Animal Crossing, you can create an entire world just the way you want it. You can stay, leave, or blow it up and start again. You have total control. Nobody there can fire you or furlough you even though you did everything the way you were supposed to. [Games like] Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley are also calming because they’re more slow-paced.”
Below I have a list of some games that I find calming. These are my go-to games when I need to Reset.

Fishing Sim World is a beautiful game. You plan your fishing trip and go fishing it's simple. The beauty that is rendered in pixels will take your breath away. It's not just any fishing game, it's the real deal. You toss the virtual bait and wait and wait and wait until the fish clings to your hook. The waiting part of this game can be daunting but the beautiful scenery makes it tolerable.

Forza Horizon 4 is the game for car enthusiasts. Be it loud roaring engines of some fancy sports car or the silent electric motor of Tesla, Forza Horizon Tries to give you a realistic experience. The lockdown has restricted us to our homes but in Forza Horizon 4 you can go on a long drive in Britain. It's got 450 or maybe more cars for you to choose from, take the one you like and go explore, it's got castles, lakes, and even the weather changes. You could be driving in snow or the sun might shine bright. It's even got a Lego expansion pack! Yeah, you can drive cars made of lego. How cool is that?
